Ingredients
- 1 can 12 oz low-sodium Spam
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
Instructions
- Slice the Spam into 8 equal pieces.

- In a shallow dish, mix brown sugar and soy sauce. Marinate the Spam slices in the mixture for 10-15 minutes.

- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.

- Place the Spam slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they reach the desired crispness.

- Remove the Spam from the air fryer, let it cool slightly before serving.
