Ingredients

  • 1 (2-3 pound) London Broil top round steak

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  • Season the London broil with the kosher salt, black pepper, and garlic powder evenly on all sides.
