Ingredients
- 16 oz sour cream
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons minced chives divided
- 2 tbsp dried minced onion
- 2 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- Pinch black pepper
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, 1 tbsp chive, onions, dried parsley, garlic powder, kosher salt and pepper.

- Stir until all ingredients are well mixed.

- Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.

- Top with the remaining chives before serving.
