Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 cup onion finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 250°F.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, diced onion, minced garlic, beaten eggs, bread crumbs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.

- Shape the meat mixture into a loaf and place it on a wire rack.

- In a small bowl, mix together BBQ sauce and apple cider vinegar. Brush the meatloaf with the sauce.
- Place the meatloaf in the smoker and cook for 3-4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Brush with additional BBQ sauce every 30-40 minutes.

- Remove the meatloaf from the smoker and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
