Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley finely chopped
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except for shrimp. Whisk until fully combined.

- Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.

- Remove shrimp from the marinade and cook using preferred cooking method.
