Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon fresh garlic, minced
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt (if sensitive to salt, start with 1/2 tsp and add to taste after cooking)
  • 5 tablespoons Parmesan cheese finely grated

Instructions

  • Heat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Spread on a large baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Stir and then bake for another 5-10 minutes, until golden brown and tender.
