Ingredients
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoon fresh garlic, minced
- 3/4 teaspoon salt (if sensitive to salt, start with 1/2 tsp and add to taste after cooking)
- 5 tablespoons Parmesan cheese finely grated
Instructions
- Heat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

- Trim the ends of the sprouts. Place the trimmed sprouts in a large food processor and pulse until they are in small pieces. You can chop them by hand too, it just takes longer!

- Transfer to a large bowl and toss with the oil, garlic, and salt.

- Spread on a large baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Stir and then bake for another 5-10 minutes, until golden brown and tender.

- Toss with then Parmesan and DEVOUR!
