Ingredients

  • 1 can (14.75 ounces) salmon undrained
  • 1/4 cup finely-chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 cup low-fat milk
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a loaf pan.
  • Combine the salmon, chopped onion, bread crumbs, melted butter, milk, beaten egg, lemon juice, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
