Ingredients
- 1 block (6 ounces) graviera cheese sliced 1/2-inch thick
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 lemon cut into wedges
Instructions
- Rinse the cheese slices under water and pat dry. Dredge the cheese in flour to coat both sides evenly.

- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the cheese slices. Fry each side for about 2 minutes or until golden brown and beginning to melt.

- Remove the cheese from the skillet and squeeze lemon wedges over the cheese before serving.
