Ingredients

  • 1 medium butternut squash about 2-3 pounds

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Peel the butternut squash, cut it in half lengthwise, and remove the seeds. Then cut the squash into 1-inch cubes.
