Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup sliced scallions
  • 1/3 cup sliced chives

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, olive oil, white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon of salt, and black pepper to create the dressing.
