  • 1/2 Cup Quick 1 minute oats
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Maple syrup


  • In a small pot, combine the oats, cinnamon and salt.
  • Stir in the water and bring to a boil. Boil, stirring frequently, for about 1 minute until thickened.
  • Let stand a few minutes to cool and then stir in brown sugar and maple syrup.
