Instructions
Heat your oven to 400 degrees.
Trim the stalky ends of the sprouts and then place them in a large food processor and pulse until they are in small pieces. You can chop them by hand too, it just takes longer!
Transfer to a large bowl and toss with the oil, garlic and salt.
Spread on a large baking sheet and cook for 10 minutes. Stir and then cook another 5-10 minutes until golden brown and fork tender.
