Ingredients

  • 12 large eggs (or as many as you want)
  • Salt/pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and generously spray a nonstick muffin pan with cooking spray.
  • Crack each egg into a muffin cavity, being careful not the break the yolk. Sprinkle each with salt and pepper.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the yolk is cooked to your desired consistency.
  • If they don't come out the pan right away, just run a butter knife around the edges.

  • When learning how to cook eggs in the oven, the most important piece of information is knowing how long to keep them in there! I recommend cooking them for about 10 to 12 minutes, as that will leave the yolk a bit runny. Add or remove a minute to ensure the yolk is done to your liking.
