Ingredients

  • 2 Roma Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Tbsp Good quality extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp Unseasoned rice vinegar
  • 3/4 tsp Fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp Sea salt
  • Good, thick, sliced bread. (GF or paleo if needed)
  • Cured ham or Prosciutto (optional)

Instructions

  • OPTIONAL BUT RECOMMENDED: First peel the skin off the tomato. Then, use a box grater to grate the roma tomatoes and place them into a bowl.
  • Add in all the remaining ingredients and stir until well mixed.
  • Spread onto toasted bread, top with optional ham or Prosciutto, and DEVOUR!
