Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional
  • Pinch of salt optional
  • Sliced banana
  • Blueberries or other fresh fruit of choice
  • Almond butter or peanut butter
  • Chopped walnuts or pecans
  • Hemp seeds
  • Vegan yogurt optional

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, combine the cooked quinoa, almond milk, cinnamon, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and pinch of salt. Stir the mixture over medium heat until everything is well combined.
