Ingredients

  • ½ medium head purple cabbage thinly sliced
  • 2 medium carrots shredded
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the thinly sliced purple cabbage and shredded carrots.
