- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Kosher salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- 1 1/3 cups crushed potato chips
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 large eggs
- Preferred sauce for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

- Separately, combine the potato chips, dried parsley, garlic powder, and onion powder.

- In a shallow bowl, beat eggs. Dip each chicken breast into the eggs, then coat with crushed potato chips.

- Place coated chicken on a greased baking sheet and bake for 35 to 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve with your preferred sauce.
