Ingredients
- 4 pork steaks about 1 inch thick, patted dry with paper towels
- 4 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
- Brush each steak with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper on both sides.

- Place the seasoned pork steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

- Cook for 8-10 minutes or until the internal temperature reads 145°F, flipping halfway through the cooking time.

- Remove the pork steaks from the air fryer and let them rest for 3 minutes before serving. This allows the juices to redistribute, ensuring a moist and tender steak.
