Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions

  • In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the pomegranate juice, olive oil, red wine vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
