Bubbly pizza dip in a round dish, topped with pepperoni, cheese, and basil.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 1/4 cup pepperoni slices

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, oregano, and basil. Season with salt to taste and mix well.

  • Spread the cheese mixture into a 9-inch pie pan or a similar-sized baking dish. Evenly pour the pizza sauce over the top.

  • Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then add the grated Parmesan cheese and pepperoni.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is slightly browned on top.
  • Allow the dip to cool for about 5 minutes before serving. Serve with your choice of dippers such as tortilla chips, sliced baguette, or vegetable sticks.
