- 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, with juice, undrained
- 1 tub (8 ounces) whipped topping, thawed
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 3/4 cup shredded sweetened coconut
- Maraschino cherries, chopped (for optional garnish)
- Pecans or walnuts, chopped (for optional garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix instant vanilla pudding with crushed pineapple and its juice until smooth.

- Carefully fold in the whipped topping, mini marshmallows, and shredded sweetened coconut until well combined.

- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped cherries or nuts before serving if desired.
