Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken chopped
  • ½ cup pecans toasted and chopped
  • 2 stalks celery finely chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion minced
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the chopped chicken, toasted pecans, chopped celery, and minced red onion.
