Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup chocolate kefir or vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon raw maca powder optional

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and drink with a straw.
