Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup milk any variety
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter or 2 tablespoons peanut butter powder
Instructions
- Place the frozen banana, milk, yogurt, and peanut butter into a blender.

- Blend the ingredients on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash of milk or water.

- Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
