Peach Pie Filling

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 5 cups fresh peaches peeled and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon, and lemon juice in a large saucepan over medium heat.
