- Balsamic glaze to drizzle
- Honey for drizzling
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Arrange the slices on a serving plate in a circular pattern, alternating mozzarella, peach, tomato, and intersperse with basil leaves.

- Carefully drizzle extra virgin olive oil, balsamic glaze, and honey over the top, and then season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
