Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups mixed salad leaves
- 2 large ripe peaches
- 8 ounces burrata cheese at room temperature
- 4 tablespoons pine nuts
- Balsamic glaze for drizzling
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
- Optional: crostini for serving
Instructions
- Wash the lettuce and peaches in cool water, and then dry them with a kitchen towel.
- Pit the peaches and slice them into wedges. Set aside.

- Arrange the lettuce on a serving platter. Arrange the peach slices evenly on top of the greens. Tear the burrata into pieces and distribute them evenly over the salad. Sprinkle the pine nuts on top.

- Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top, and garnish with fresh basil leaves. Serve immediately with crostini, if desired.
