Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets 6 ounces each
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix together panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and mix until the breadcrumbs are evenly coated.

- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Evenly distribute the breadcrumb mixture over the top of each fillet, pressing lightly to adhere.

- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the breadcrumb topping is golden and the salmon is cooked through.

- Serve the salmon immediately with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing.
