Crispy Parmesan carrots on a white plate, served with a creamy dipping sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound carrots
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Freshly chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F. Peel the carrots and cut them into sticks approximately 3 inches long and 1/2 inch thick.

  • Combine the garlic, salt, pepper, onion powder, and breadcrumbs in a small bowl.
  • In a larger bowl, toss the carrot sticks with olive oil to coat them, then add the seasonings mixture and mix to combine.

  • Transfer the carrots to a lined baking sheet and arrange them in a single layer. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the carrots.
