Ingredients
- 1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cups Padrón peppers
- Smoked paprika optional
- 1 teaspoon flaked sea salt
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Add olive oil to a large frying pan on high heat.

- Once the oil is hot, add the Padrón peppers to the pan. Sprinkle with smoked paprika if using.

- Cook for about 5 minutes, turning regularly to cook them on all sides.

- Once the peppers are browned and blistered, transfer them to a serving plate and sprinkle with flaked sea salt. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over peppers when serving.
