Onion Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 medium yellow onions finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Chopped chives for garnish, optional

Instructions

  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onions, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until onions are golden brown and caramelized, about 25-30 minutes.
