Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • Pinch of kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 1/4 cups quick-cooking oats

Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan, combine butter, sugar, milk, salt, and cocoa powder.

  • Heat over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the mixture comes to a rolling boil. Let it boil for 1 minute without stirring.

  • Remove from heat. Immediately add peanut butter and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth. Stir in the oats until well combined.
