Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup finely diced yellow onion
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs and milk; let stand for 5 minutes until breadcrumbs absorb the milk.
