Ingredients

  • 8 ounces feta cheese in brine
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 jalapeño thinly sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 3 dry chili peppers
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Zest of 1 lemon

Instructions

  • Cut the feta cheese into thick cubes and place them in a clean, dry jar or shallow dish.
