- 1 bag (16 ounces) frozen french fries
- Sea salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Onion powder to taste
- 10 ounces cheddar cheese shredded
- 8 ounces bacon diced and cooked until crisp
- 3 tablespoons ranch dressing
- 2 green onions thinly sliced
- Sour cream for topping (optional)
- Sliced jalapeños for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F. Arrange the frozen french fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake following the package directions until crispy.

- Remove the fries from the oven and lightly season with sea salt, black pepper, and onion powder. Evenly sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese and crispy bacon over the fries.

- Place the loaded fries back in the oven for 3-5 minutes until the cheese melts. Remove from the oven, drizzle with ranch dressing, and garnish with green onions. Top with sour cream and jalapeños if using, and serve immediately.
