Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter cut into pieces

Instructions

  • In a stainless steel bowl, whisk the granulated sugar, eggs, yolk, and lime juice together.
