Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked leftover rice
  • 2 cups milk
  • 5 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon plus more for optional garnish
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Raisins for serving, optional

Instructions

  • Mix the leftover rice, milk, sugar, and ground cinnamon in a medium saucepan.
