Ingredients
- 1 medium English cucumber seeded and finely grated
- 1 1/2 cups full-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess water using a clean kitchen towel.

- In a mixing bowl, combine the grated cucumber, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, fresh dill, minced garlic, sea salt, and black pepper.

- Mix well and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
