- 4 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 8 jalapeño peppers halved and seeded
- 8 slices of bacon halved
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.

- Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
- Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a half slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick if necessary.

- Arrange the poppers on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
