- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 ounce cream cheese
- 1 large egg, beaten, plus extra for brushing (optional)
- 1 cup finely ground almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- White sesame seeds optional
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F. In a microwave-safe bowl, mix together the mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute, stir, and then microwave for another 30 seconds until fully melted and smooth.

- Mix the beaten egg, almond flour, garlic powder, and baking powder into the melted cheese until fully blended.

- Lightly oil your hands. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape each into a bun on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with extra beaten egg if desired and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

- Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
