Ingredients
- 14 oz bag of coleslaw mix
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon granulated sweetener erythritol or monk fruit
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, add the coleslaw mix.

- In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sweetener, and celery seed until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

- Pour the dressing over the coleslaw mix and toss well to coat evenly. For best flavor, allow the coleslaw to chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
