Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 Large lemon juiced
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried italian seasoning
  • Sea salt
  • 4 chicken breasts

Instructions

  • Whisk all the ingredients together, then pour the marinade into a Ziploc bag.
  • After salting your chicken, place it in the Ziploc bag and marinate for at least 2 hours. For even more flavor, marinate overnight.

Grilling The Chicken:

  • For gas grills, turn the burners to medium and preheat for 10 minutes. If you're using a charcoal grill, wait until most of the coals are covered in ash but still glowing red.
  • Grill the chicken breast for 5-7 minutes per side until the center reaches 165 °F.
  • Let the chicken breast rest for 5 minutes before serving, and enjoy!
