Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 1/4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice rinsed
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  • Set the Instant Pot to 'Sauté' and melt the butter in the pot.

  • Pour in the chicken broth, then add the rinsed rice. Sprinkle the dried parsley evenly over the rice.

  • Secure the lid on the Instant Pot and set it to cook on high pressure for 6 minutes.

  • After the cooking time has ended, allow the Instant Pot to naturally release pressure for 10 minutes. Then, carefully perform a quick release for any remaining pressure.
