Ingredients
- 4 bone-in pork chops about 1 inch thick
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Season pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

- Set the Instant Pot to 'Sauté' mode and heat the olive oil. Add pork chops and sear each side for 3 minutes until browned.

- Remove the pork chops and add chicken broth to the pot. Deglaze by scraping the browned bits off the bottom.

- Return the pork chops to the pot, add Worcestershire sauce, and close the lid. Set the valve to 'Sealing' and cook on high pressure for 7 minutes.

- Once cooking is complete, allow a natural release for 5 minutes, then do a quick release for any remaining pressure.
- Serve the pork chops with the juices from the pot.
