Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 1/3 cups BBQ sauce
- Kosher salt to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the Instant Pot. Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Pour 1 cup broth and 2/3 cup BBQ sauce over the chicken.

- Secure the lid of the Instant Pot and set the valve to sealing. Select the 'Manual' or 'Pressure Cook' function and set the time for 15 minutes on high pressure.

- After cooking, allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then carefully do a quick release for any remaining pressure. Use a kitchen thermometer to make sure the chicken is at least 165°F (if it isn't cooked enough, cook for a few minutes longer).
- Remove the chicken from the Instant Pot, shred with two forks, and toss back in the pot with the sauce to coat. Add the remaining 2/3 cup of BBQ sauce and season to taste with salt. Serve as desired.
