Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk the matcha green tea powder with hot water until it forms a smooth paste. Let it cool for a few minutes.
  • Fill a tall glass with ice cubes, pour the matcha mixture over the ice, add milk, and stir well.
  • Sweeten with honey if desired.
