Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup pineapple juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger grated
- 1 3/4 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 1 3/4 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a small pot. Whisk to combine.

- Place pot over high heat and bring to a boil on the stovetop, reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until it's reduced by about 1/4.

- Continue stirring and simmer for about 5 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat and let cool before using or storing in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
