Ingredients
- 1/2 ounce Irish whiskey traditionally Jameson
- 1/2 ounce peach schnapps
- 1/2 ounce sour mix
- Splash of lemon-lime soda such as Sprite
- Lime wedge optional, for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the Irish whiskey, peach schnapps, and sour mix.

- Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds, until well combined and chilled.

- Strain the mix into a shot glass, filling about three-quarters full.

- Top with a splash of lemon-lime soda for extra fizz.
- Serve immediately with an optional lime wedge garnish.
