Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh snow peas
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ginger minced
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Pinch of red chili flakes for garnish
  • Toasted white sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  • Wash the snow peas, then cut off the tips and remove the side strings.

  • Heat the vegetable oil and sesame oil in a large pan. Add the snow peas, minced ginger, and garlic, and sauté for 2 minutes until cooked. Season with soy sauce.
