- 2 cups (190g) pecans
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and spread the pecans on a baking sheet. Bake until lightly golden brown with a nutty smell, about 5 to 10 minutes.

- Transfer the pecans to a food processor along with the salt and cinnamon, and blend on the fastest setting until smooth and creamy, about 3 to 5 minutes.

- Transfer to an airtight container and store at room temperature.
